property
Under Wisconsin law, property is defined as any tangible item, whether classified as real property or personal property, without limitation. The term "property" includes electricity, gas and documents which represent a chose in action or any other intangible right.
Property of another includes property in which the accused has an interest, is a co-owner of, or is in a partnership to own unless the actor and victim are husband and wife.
Wisconsin property laws also include intellectual property, copyright protected property and trademark protected property.
